Jennifer’s Like Crazy and The Beaver co-star Anton Yelchin says how much of a powerful person that he thinks Jennifer is and that he got to see first hand,

 “I was training for a film called ‘Odd Thomas’ that I was doing at the same gym Jen was training [at for] the bow stuff and all the running,” Yelchin told MTV News recently. “I got to see her and talk to her. I think she’s amazing, and she’s a good friend of mine.”

And after checking out the “Hunger Games” teaser, Yelchin had firsthand knowledge of what it took for Lawrence to become Katniss. He was impressed, but not surprised.

“When I saw Jen, it was different kinds of physical training she was going through, like running training,” he said. “She’s such a powerful person. She can do anything she puts her mind to. If she needs to transform for something, she’ll transform. If she needs to learn how to kill you with the bow, she’ll do that. She’ll do anything she needs to do.”

IFC had an article on Elizabeth Olsen and how she’s the new ‘it girl’ and how Jennifer’s Winters Bone co-star John Hawkes got the same vibe from Olsen as he did from Jennifer.

“It’s fantastic,” he told IFC. “It’s vindicating as well, when you’re working with someone who’s a powerhouse, a young person who just out of the blue is a surprise. It’s been a real gift to be part of these young women’s journeys, and it’s really rewarding.”

When Hawkes was shooting “MMMM,” “Winter’s Bone” was yet to be released, but according to him, “I had this flashback feeling … the same joy and the same amazement in working with her. I was reminded of Jennifer.” (Hawkes, by the way, plays Elizabeth’s cult leader in the film).

The Times Herald got a sneak peak of The Silver Linings Playbook shooting in Norristown. The crew and the main star Bradley Cooper were filming at Norristown State Hospital all  day yesterday.

For those who don’t know the movie is a dark comedy about a former teacher who, after spending four years in a mental institution, moves back in with his mother and tries to reconcile with his ex-wife.

The movie boasts other Hollywood bigwigs, including Robert DeNiro, Jennifer Lawrence, Julia Stiles and Chris Tucker. It was unclear whether those celebrities were shooting at the hospital Monday, but Cooper was on hand to shoot several scenes of his character inside the building.

Jennifer’s up coming movie; The Silver Linings Playbook’ have already started to film. Jennifer’s co-star Bradley Cooper was spotted in his water proof jacket as his filmed the movie yesterday.

The movie follows the story of a former teacher, who moves in with his mother and tries to reconcile with his ex-wife after spending four years in a mental institution.

The flick has a strong cast that includes Goodfellas star Robert De Nero and X-Men: First Class actress Jennifer Lawrence.

Like Crazy won best feature at the Twin Cities film festival. In the movie Jennifer plays Sam along side Anton Yelchin and Felicity Jones. Jennifer was not at the awards but its still a brilliant win!

The 15th Annual Hollywood Film Festival and Hollywood Awards announced that Felicity Jones will be recognized with the “New Hollywood Award” at the Hollywood Awards Gala Ceremony taking place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on October 24, 2011. The same award was previously given to Academy Award® nominees Jennifer Lawrence (WINTER’S BONE) and Gabourey Sidibe (PRECIOUS).

In US Magazine; Lenny Kravitz talks about Jennifer and his scenes withher as he plays Katniss’ (Jennifer) stylist Cinna and creates the whole girl on fire!

US: How has it been working with Jennifer Lawrence?

LK: Oh man, I shot a scene with her yesterday and it was just the two of us, where our characters meet, and she is unbelievable. I hate comparisons, but she is a young Meryl Streep. This girl is for real and just acting with her, it just brought it to a level where she pulled me in so deeply, and the scene just became so real and at the end we had to pop out of it. It was someplace we had gone into and it was really beautiful. I learned actually a lot from her yesterday and she is fantastic.

US: You knew her through Zoe before you started filming, right?

LK: Yes, and that makes it even more odd. She is a family friend and all of the sudden you have to be serious because when we are all together we are all quite silly. My daughter, her friends…we are quite a silly bunch, but it was great.

Last night was the X Men First Class Blu Ray launch party in which hitfix caught up with Lucas Till (Havok/Alex Summers); Jennifer’s co-star. Lucas shared with hitfx on how he almost missed out on starring in X Men First Class because of the thought that he was to be offered beast and couldn’t endure the hours of make up that Jennifer had to do to get into her role of Mystique.

“They could’ve been trying to goof me or whatever… I went out, and they were flying me to London, and [they] told me I was auditioning for Havok and Beast,” Lucas shared. “And I was like, ‘I know you’ll kill me, but if I get Beast, I’m not in the movie. I’m not going through that makeup everyday.’”

He added, “I have so much respect for Jason [Flemying], Jennifer [Lawrence], and Nick [Hoult]. They had to go through like hours of makeup before we even got there. It’s just rough.”

Teen Vogue: What is your future acting ambitions?

Lily Collins: “I’d also love to do some sort of comedy, or a really gritty independent. I loved Jennifer Lawrence’s performance in Winter’s Bone.”

Spike TV have announced the SCREAM Awards nomination’s and X Men First Class has been nominated for quite a few but most of the categories its in; its against Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 but we can still hope for a few wins.

Jennifer is nominated for Best Fantasy Actress along with the likes of Natalie Portman, Nela Headey and Penelope Cruz.

Again the SCREAM Awards  show will be the same as last year and will also continue  featuring exclusive world premieres from some of the most anticipated movies of 2012; so hopefully we might see some more The Hunger Games videos!!

Director Gary Ross leads MTV News through some of hot topics surrounding the highly anticipated adaptation.

If you thought our “Hunger Games” exclusives would end with the sneak peek Jennifer Lawrence introduced during Sunday’s VMAs, you are in for a pleasant surprise! MTV News teamed up with director Gary Ross in order to shed some insight into the teaser trailer and his vision for the highly anticipated film. And although Ross couldn’t reveal too much about his plans for Katniss and the Capitol, we were able to get him to answer a few burning questions:

What’s the Status of the Score?
“T-Bone [Burnett] and Danny [Elfman] haven’t really started working yet. We’ve all begun working together. We’ve all begun discussing music, pulling references, going through the initial process you go through. Music can actually affect the movie more than anything else. It establishes the tone. It literally can change the way you feel or perceive a movie. That’s a very long discussion that happens between me, T-Bone and Danny, and that’s already begun. Danny was out last week. T-Bone’s been out three times. We’ve begun this conversation of trying to understand what this is musically. But that’s not going to bear fruit for a while.”

How Did Jennifer Train for the Role of Katniss?
“It’s an intensely physical movie. Someone said Jen is in 110 percent of the movie, which is really true. She works every day, all day. It’s a very physically demanding thing that she’s doing. She did train really, really rigorously. She worked with an athletic trainer, someone who conditions athletes in Los Angeles. She had intense archery training.
