The Capitol  has now been launched, well they have ‘acquired signal’ and all you have to do is link it with either your facebook or twitter account and then you will be put into a disctrict. Its not a personality test or anything but its nice to see where in Panem you fit into. Jennifers character in The Hunger Games belongs to District 12. Comment below what your district is!
