Synopsis:
JOY is the wild story of a family across four generations centered on the girl who becomes the woman who founds a business dynasty and becomes a matriarch in her own right. New Trailer for Serena
A brand new trailer for Serena has been released. The movie will be released iTunes/VOD on February 26, 2015 and in theaters March 27, 2015.
Marking the third time Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence have teamed up (following David O. Russell’s Silver Linings Playbook and American Hustle), Serena is set in the North Carolina mountains at the end of the 1920s. George and Serena Pemberton, love-struck newly-weds, begin to build a timber empire. Serena soon proves herself to be equal to any man: overseeing loggers, hunting rattlesnakes, even saving a man’s life in the wilderness. With power and influence now in their hands, the Pembertons refuse to let anyone stand in the way of their inflated love and ambitions.
